In a letter signed by the Presidents of both its Northern and Southern districts, the California Refuse Recycling Council has written to Natural Resources Secretary John Laird stating that "...the CalRecycle finding that the Plasco project meets the definition of gasification was appropriate."  This leading trade association represents waste collection, processing and recycling firms operating throughout the state.  CLICK HERE to read their strong statement in support of this ruling.
